The National Federation of Demolition Contractors extends congratulations to the member companies awarded for the Pagabo £1.1bn demolition and land preparation framework.
Pagabo have only selected NFDC Members for the demolition project types within the framework, citing the “additional compliance confidence for clients” that NFDC accredited demolition contractors bring. Pagabo joins many other procurement firms, local authorities and big infrastructure (including HS2) who specify ‘NFDC only’ within their tender criteria for projects requiring specialist demolition expertise, further reinforcing the value and assurance that an NFDC stamp of quality represents.
The framework is live now, and will run for the next four years. Jason Stapley, Managing Director at Pagabo, commented “This framework will ensure that clients can access those specialist services from the firms best placed to support, providing any scheme with the best start possible before redevelopment – and doing so in the most compliant and efficient manner possible in the market.”
