As CEO, Duncan brings with him a wealth of experience from both a demolition contractor background, and as a specialist demolition trainer. Having experienced the industry from the ground up, Duncan is an expert in the field, representing the industry on a number of professional bodies and panels.

Having previously worked at an NFDC Member Company for 30 years, Lesley joined the team at Resurgam House in 2015. Lesley ensures financial responsibility, day-to-day operations, and member satisfaction.
