TRAINING MANAGER, NDTG SCOTLAND
Shona Farrell grew up within the demolition industry and after spells working both inside and outside of the sector, settled as Training Manager of NDTG Scotland after it was formed by her father 12 years ago. Shona supports NDTG Scotland’s 38 members with their training needs, in addition to managing the specialist training group for bespoke skills development. She has a passion for helping newcomers gain employment in the demolition sector and supporting Apprentices on their demolition career journeys.
With an eye for recognising talent when she sees it, we’re delighted to have Shona join the Judging Panel for the NFDC Awards.
PRESIDENT, INSTITUTE OF DEMOLITION ENGINEERS
In 2016 Richard was made a Fellow of the Institute of Demolition Engineers (IDE).
