NFDC are pleased to announce that the long awaited ‘Deconstruction of Structures From The Top Down’ guidance note is out now, new and improved!
The updated guidance note builds upon the previous version, which covered multi-storey buildings 18m and above, now encompassing all structures being demolished from the top down. The guidance note defines the roles, safe working practices and acceptable levels of control required to carry out ‘top-down’ deconstruction/demolition.
