A fellow Member has granted NFDC permission to share a Safety Alert document following an incident on site where an Operative suffered a laceration to their forearm, requiring specialist surgery.
It is critical that we, as an industry, learn from each other in order to prevent incidents. I would like to thank the Member for sharing the details of what happened, the review steps taken and the discussion points that followed.
