3rd September. After a short summer hiatus, Working Lunch Wednesdays are back!

On Wednesday 1st September 2021 at 1pm, NFDC CEO Howard Button will be hosting the next Working Lunch Wednesday, this time reviewing NFDC's soon-to-be-released Guidance Note: 'Deconstruction of structures from the top down'.

Demolition of high rise and multi story buildings presents a considerable risk to health and safety and requires a high level of competence to assess and understand the appropriate safe deconstruction/demolition method, whether in high density areas or remote. The purpose of NFDC's guidance note is to help provide understanding of safe working methods and the many variables faced when carrying out deconstruction/demolition.

This understanding is essential, which is why NFDC encourage attendance at this Working Lunch Wednesday Session which will review proposed guidance and act as an open forum for attendees.
