Mental Health & Wellbeing during COVID-19

Taking care of your Mental Health and Wellbeing has never been more important. NFDC will be releasing a new Mental Health & Wellbeing resource for Members each week.

This week’s resource ‘Where are we now’ explores how the realities of our ‘new lives’ have taken hold and what we might be experiencing now. With the adrenaline of last week’s chaos dipping, we may be left feeling lethargic – whilst still fostering feelings of anxiety and uncertainty.

Whilst we can’t control what’s happening outside, there are practical things we can do to to keep our minds healthy inside.
